Lumpkin County Schools Celebrates Class of 2025 Graduation Rate of 97.8%
Dahlonega, GA – [September 29, 2025 @ 10:00 AM] – Lumpkin County Schools is proud to announce that the Class of 2025 has achieved an outstanding graduation rate of 97.8%, with 272 of 278 students successfully completing their high school journey. This exceptional achievement highlights the dedication of our students, teachers, families, and community in ensuring academic success and future readiness.
Superintendent Sharon Head praised the milestone, stating:
“We are incredibly proud of our Class of 2025. Achieving a 97.8% graduation rate is a testament to the commitment of our students, the support of their families, and the tireless work of our educators and staff. Together, we have built a culture of high expectations and strong support systems to help every student succeed.”
Lumpkin County’s performance not only exceeds the state average but also leads the Pioneer RESA region, where graduation rates remain strong across neighboring districts.
