LCMS was proud to host the region qualifier this weekend for the First Lego League! We had 3 teams representing LCMS, and our Team A won the Robot Game Award for having the highest score in the game, and also won the Champions Award! Now they advance to the tournament in Chattanooga on January 28. Congratulations to everyone who participated in FLL, and good luck to our team in January!
Seventh grade ELA has been learning about Victorian England as they read A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. Today after MAP testing, students learned how Victorian Christmas trees were decorated and made 3D trees of the own.
Our Kindness Club made cards for employees at Lee County Schools in Florida following Hurricane Ian’s devastation.
