LCHS upperclassman enjoyed visiting the Probe Fair today. With more than 55 colleges in attendance from all over Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida and even one college from Indiana, students enjoyed the opportunity to talk with Admission Counselors about the application process and vast array of undergraduate programs available to them.

Early Childcare Education II students enjoyed career exploration activities today at Dahlonega Country Day. They used lessons they prepared to teach kiddos using Bat and Spider themed activities.

It's Homecoming Week in Lumpkin County and even the teachers are getting in on the fun! English Teachers enjoyed Tacky Tourist earlier this week. Come out the Parade today at 4:30 PM and the Homecoming Game at 7:30 on Friday!


Mrs. Lincoln’s classes attended the Building Ethical Employability conference at UNG. Students learned about what their personality says about them in regards to their potential employability. Students learned about and practiced effective communication and critical thinking strategies. Students became aware of their unofficial resume on social media and how to keep a positive image on the net.
